Cancellation-Free Schedule is our commitment to ensure you are provided the training course (eWorkshop) for which you are registered - No Exceptions. If we are unable to deliver, you will receive both a refund and a free eWorkshop of equal or lesser value. This guarantee does not apply to registrations through special programs, offers, discounts, or partner delivered eWorkshops. Ask your Account Manager for details.

Corporate Resource Guarantee

Corporate Resource Guarantee is our commitment to protect your training investment. If a company-sponsored student leaves the company within one year after attending a live workshop associated with an online eWorkshop, you may send another employee to the same eWorkshop for just the cost of the online courseware. The eWorkshop Retake Guarantee is our commitment to flexibility and knowledge transfer. Once you enroll your staff into our online courses or eWorkshop programs, your staff may retake the same course as many times as they like at no extra charge.
